Our products are designed to change your daily journeys through performance, functionality and aesthetics. We want you to know this for sure when you put your trust in us.
If you don't like it or you are not convinced, you have 30 days from delivery to send your Furo back to us and we will issue a full refund.
Please take care of it as we will not be able to do so on damaged items.

How does it work?

Order your bike or scooter, receive it and unpack it. Get on your first rides and enjoy your new baby! If within 30 days of your delivery, you are not confident it is for you, then get in touch with us and we will assist in getting your Furo back to us. Once we receive it, our team will inspect it and issue the refund accordingly.

Where do I ship or bring it?

Once you get in touch with us regarding your return, we will give you all the necessary details to arrange shipping or bringing your order back to us. This will depend on your location and what is the easiest for you.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Usually, it will take us 3 to 5 business days to conduct the inspection of your returned Furo. Once we issue the refund, it should be in your account within 2 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
